Our flagship pale ale. Completely authentic in style, bursting with fresh whole flower American hops and yeast. Immediately present and fragrant nose dominated by a spicy bouquet of toasted caramel, citrusy notes. Rich Copper in color, delivering that expected caramel palate, complemented by residual malty sweetness and lingering finish. Expect a world class Pale Ale.

Bottle. Pours clear orange/copper with a medium off-white head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is some caramel, bready and only very faint hops and tropical fruits. Taste is also caramel, some red fruit and a medium bitter finish. Thin to medium body and medium carbo. Lacks a bit of everything.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear dark amber with a frothy beige head with nice lacing. Smells earthy, with some roasted malt, caramel and a little bit soapy or dusty. Tastes of a mildly bitter caramel, a surprisingly fitting blend, with some earthiness to it. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Oily texture. Finishes dry.

Colore ambrato, schiuma bianca abb fine e persistente. Comunque godibile.

Aroma: proper ale, subtle, reminds me of Mandarina Bavaria hop. Appearance: beautiful golden orange color, little foam, way too much CO2 Taste: more English than American, with strong blonde/Starkbier aftertaste, tons of vanilla, not a session beer Palate: notes of sweet hoppy bitterness, yet more prominent is the bitterness from alcohol. Disappointment. Overall: should be repackaged as English Pale Ale / Blonde Ale, good for airports but not for craft indulgence

Golden orange with good billowy head. Deliciously roasty and toasty malt flavors coupled nicely with very fresh hop flavors and aromas. Very true to the style. Excellent stuff.

50 cl bottle poured into tall schooner. Aroma of bread, caramel, dough, doesn’t smell hoppy. Brown and cloudy, tan foam, quickly gone, minimal head. light sweetness, lightly sour, salty, without anything dominating. Quite balanced, full body, somewhat flat, long finish. I like it but not enough to drink regularly.
