120z bottle, another great gift from my man Cheap!! Golden/orange color, cloudy 1 inch head, decent lacing throughout the drink. Clean crisp, refreshing golden ale.

From a bottle, thanks to my daughter and her monthly beer club. Has a slight slaggy smell to it. Although this is sold and listed as a golden ale, its much more like a regular old apa. Yes, way too mucch astringent hops in this, almost a little rude. Alky is very apparent. If this wants to be a golden or blonde ale, better send this back to school and gets some civilized manners. Looks like any other pale ale.

Beer from Spencer on June 7th, 2014. Malty, a bit too sweet. Lingering aftertaste.

Medium gold pour, frothy white head. Sourdough in the nose. Sweet. Middle is sweet, fresh bread. Finish has a subtle bitter kick. Went well with a smoked turkey sandwich with spicy brown mustard and mustard potato salad.

Pours a golden yellow color with a slight honey aroma. Mostly golden malt in the smell. Taste is slightly malty with a minor bitterness after the swallow. A decent blonde ale that was refreshing but not complex.

Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus and grass. Taste is sweet with a hint of tartness. Light bodied with a smooth mouth feel.

Bottle @ Ellen’s Stardust Diner on Broadway in the Big Apple :-) Pours slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops with a touch of yeast and grain. Sweetish, grainy and estery flavour with malty and hoppy notes. Mildly bitter aftertaste. Rather anonymous but ok.

crazyvin (1930) - New York, USA - SEP 26, 2013
A nice medium amber body with a white head that had good retention and nice lace, slightly thin looking but otherwise nice. Aroma had note of grass and sweet biscuits. Flavor seemed to have a little more going on. A nice sweet malt base, notes of grass and a mild bitterness. Finish was smooth and the mouth feel was moderate. Would make a decent session ale.

Bottle from the beer of the month club. Another depressingly sad beer from the club. Muddy, generally sweet, cardboardy beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours golden yellow with a thin white head. Malty aromas with grain and fruit. Medium carbonation, refreshing and a nice hoppy finish. Not bad at all.
