50cl bottle from the Scottish Real Ale shop. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. The bottle suggested it would be cloudy but it’s not. Nose - lemon and barley. Getting into oranges a bit. Taste - more tangy lemon in fact almost dried lemon. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - pleasant and easy drinking.

Bottle. I had very low expectations for a wheet beer after the other middling to poor Sulwath beers I had in Dumfries and Galloway. However, I was pleasseantly suprised with this - tangy orange and smooth sweet vanilla finish. Very refreshing.

On tap at the Great British Beer Festival 2010. This was probably one of my favourite brews I managed to try at such a place. I remember an easy drinking, almost cider like taste to this one. It was very refreshing, with hints of spice and apples, and a nice cloudy finish. I was surprised it scored so low on here.
