Heather in both aroma and flavour. Hints of lemon-grass. Fresh, creamy flavour, though, slightly alcoholic.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, crude head. Lightly tart nose. Very fresh, light body. No real notes of wheat. Unusual but not bad. 301005

Tasted at Fynske Øldag 2005, Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Hoppy haylike aroma with a light fruityness. Hoppy, quite citric flavor and a semi-dry finish.

Bottled @ Fynske Øldage: Golden coloured. Unclear. White head. Sweet and fruity beer. Light citric. Quite smooth. A bit boring.

Bottled. Clear yellow coloured with a small wite head. Aroma of pine needles, citrus and fruits with hoppy notes. Flavour of citrus, pine needles and caramel.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2005 Nice golden colour, with a tight white head, "quite hazy" I thought, not knowing at the time this is a wheat beer, so I expect this is typical. Pleasant sweet malt with well balanced fruity hops. Good pint. Standing Order Edinburgh.
