India Pale Ale
Diablo is our flagship IPA, loaded with US hop varieties, dominated by the ‘Citra’ variety. Big tropical flavours & aroma punctuate, mango, lychee & papaya fruits abound, with notes of resinous pine leading to a lasting bitterness. A devilishly good US West Coast inspired IPA.

Cask, Dean Swift and Port Street Beer House. Great IPA, beats Punk IPA, similar, not such a strong aroma as Punk. Beautiful beer.

Rating number 666, (cue evil laughter and thunder and lightning crashing all around me and a spot of Bach on the on the ornate Gothic organ). Very apt beer to for the evil rating. Anyway, this was tasted at the NWAF, Manchester. Bright yellow pour with a white head. Aromas of tangerine, tropical fruit, lemon zest. Lots and lots of fruit. Sharp hop kick. Citrus and herbs. Fruit laden mouthfeel. Refreshing. Wonderful stuff!

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2012 Cask at Cloisters. Golden beer with a medium white head. lots of sweet passionfruit on the nose, The bitterness works well with the passionfruit flavour, Oily mouthfeel and lingering bitterness : ) Also had this on keg at the Holyrood 9A, this really stands up on keg with plenty of hop aroma and nice bitterness. A lovely beer!

Bottle @ home, thanks John! Aroma is lovely piney citrussy and other fruity hops, some biscuity malt in the background. Flavour is quite bitter and very fresh with again citrus, pine, grapefruity, lychee etc etc. Dry bitter hoppy citric finish. Awesome.

Hazy, orange colour with big, frothy head. Some lacing. Fantastic aroma of fruits (lots of mango, apricots and grapefruit). Really pleasant nose. Taste is also very good, lots of fruity and malty sweetness mixed with citrus hoppiness. Really good balance. Low to medium carbonation. Medium body. Very good, full of fruity note IPA.

Aroma is hoppy. Light boddy with bigger bitter. At the end biter and little bit alcohol hot. Very light and drinkable ipa.
