Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Dark ruby/black, mid sized beige head.. Aroma of citrus and licorice. Mid sweet with well sized body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Potently hopped and heavily roasty. Grapefruit and asphalt join together for a resiny hugely bitter finish. A beer with a few very powerful flavour components and limited drinkability.

Fair dose of bramble fruits, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry most readily identifiable. A little citrus and lime. Finishes smooth and semi dry with minerals and licorice. Good stuff.
