Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111228]
