Pale Ale
Oregon is our West Coast Pale Ale, brewed with lashings of US Cascade hops. This zingy pale ale has grapefruit, sherbet, spicy floral & citrus notes, all set against a surprisingly robust malt body to bring mouthfeel & sweetness to balance this very moreish hop forward American Pale Ale.

33cl bottle, served in Shaker. Pours hazy orange with small/medium lating white froth. The aroma is orange peel, citrus and hints of caramel and pine. Smells so good. Similar taste, one just gets some yeasty notes added to the rest. Dry palate, spicy touch. Medium body, good carbonation. Good job, very balanced.

2013-10-19. Lightly hazy bright orange body with a small frothy white head. 3+ Aroma is moderately citrusy, notes of muddled citrus peel and pale malt. Flavour is similar, sweetish orange citrus and citrus peel over mild pale malt base. Smooth average plus bodied palate, low carbonation. Enjoyable, sessionable but on the mild side. A nice pale ale, on cask at Cask Days 2013. Very balanced, a tad of barnyard that seemed an off-note to me, otherwise most drinkable. Orange bodied, with some hop aroma.

A hazed orange amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light caramel malt with grassy floral hops, kiwi and citrus. In mouth, a smooth biscuit biscuit malt with nice grassy and citrusy hops, honey, overall, quite nice. Cask Days 2013.

Bottle from The Dram Shop, Sheffield. Hazy orange. Minimal head. Big, ripe, juicy aroma. Blackberries, strawberries, some citrus. Some light breadiness. Sweet, initial taste, followed by a grapefruit dryness. Wouldn’t mind a little more fizz, but pretty enjoyable. Well, it lasted 4 minutes?

Almost no head, Golden Yellow. Light sweetness on the aroma. Taste is very bitter, light sourness also. Finish is very long and bitter dry. Excellent beer if bitter and dry is ur thing.
