Bottle, at John Bull, Aalborg. It’s an unclear one, orange in color and with a white head. The aroma is citrusy and piney, rather gentle, with some malts in the back. Nice bitterness in the flavor, it’s citrusy and lightly piney, some malts in the back. It’s soft on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Lasting dry and bitter finish with citrus zest. A decent one, but far from the typical US west coast pale ale. 141026

Bottle. Light yet not watery, with a lean and soft malty body, a strong yet not over the top bitterness, and a crisp flavour full of citrus, mandarine, orange and lighter notes of melon and lychee. Fantastic, minty finish that cools the throat. Excellent!

The aroma is fruity. The taste is fruity but feels that it tastes laundry detergent. Light bitterness in the aftertaste that fills the upper part of the mouth a weak moment. Not okay beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

On cask at Hop Inn, Newcastle Under Lyme - Cloudy orange body, foamy white head laced all the way through. Aroma is malt, orange pith, grapefruit, light lemon. Taste is a bit one dimensional, the tartness gets a bit samey after a while. Body is medium, quite foamy, gentle bit of carbonation eases it down. Not bad, but I was hoping for better when I saw SWB on the clip.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body with a small white head. Nose is mild citric tones, grass, peaches and hints of apricot and grass. Taste is red fruits, grass, citrus and hints of straw and bready malts. Light body, medium carbonation. Fair enough, but a bit boring.
