Keg at Bow Bar. Slightly hazy amber, bubbly white head. Soft mandarin, pine, lemon zest nose. Slightly sweet juicy mandarin followed by big pithy pine bitterness that lingers. Prickly carbonation. Tasty.

jamestulloch (1391) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 25, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 3, 2013 Aroma: Lime, faint lychee, honey and bread.

Appearance: Hazy golden body with a lasting pure white head. Medium carbonation and excellent lacing.

Taste: Soft malty flavours. Flavours of grass, caramel and honey. Quite boozy.

Palate: Medium body with an oily texture. Lively carbonation.

Overall: Tastes quite heavy for its 5.5% ABV, but this is a tasty, moreish American Pale Ale.

Half pint at the Euston Tap. A: Pale amber, clear, small head some lacing. S: Cascade, mango. T: grape fruit, wheat, rubber, long bitter fin. M: min carb, smooth, light body. O: balanced, fairly decent in the scheme of pale ales but needed to do a bit more.

Almost no head, Golden Yellow. Light sweetness on the aroma. Taste is very bitter, light sourness also. Finish is very long and bitter dry. Excellent beer if bitter and dry is ur thing.

minutemat (1631) - Ford, Shropshire, ENGLAND - DEC 6, 2013
330ml bottle from Les Crepes de Sophie, Shrewsbury. Fairly bitter with big helping of grapefruit, crisp pine and a little juicy citrus. Big bold hops and a restrained ABV make for a drinkable, if rather dry, Pale.
