Ambrata opalescente con riflessi dorati, schiuma bianca non molto persistente. Aroma agrumato, maltato, floreale, erbaceo e citrico. Al palato prevale l'amaro, sempre agrumata, citronella, crosta di pane, coda amara agrumata ed erbacea. Corpo medio-leggero, ben carbonata, troppo sbilanciata verso l'amaro.
