COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reaper is a Red IPA, rich deep ruby hued monster with an array of big, full flavoured hops like Centennial, Simcoe, Summit, complemented with Amarillo & Dana varieties. This bruising IPA has big malty, sweet backbone which the hops play against with style. If you like IPA’s with big hop flavour & malty sweetness then Reaper is one for you. Don’t fear the Reaper!

Bottle from the Euston Tap. Cloudy dark amber brown colour, reasonable head. Spicy flowery resin aroma & flavour. Very smooth & creamy. Well balanced with a hoppy aftertaste. Nice one.

bottle from stirchley wines. this is one of my fav beers right now. lovely deep amber with nice off white head. big smell of hops and and mangoes. taste is something else, firstly there is sweet caramel, then exotic fruits and finally big hops. very nice mouthfeel almost creamy with a big bitter finish. oh yes it is that good!

Aroma really is this beer’s strongest suit - mango, savoury meat, pine. Amber body, white head. Mostly nutty flavour, heavy bitterness contrasted nicely by a little sweetness and some pound and meat hops. Not fabulous but nice.

Bottle from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Amber, with lacing. Smells pineapply tastic and bruised fleshy citric pulp. Supremely bitter hops, especially on the finish, which is a but metallic and air freshener. Fizzy.

Bottle; Coppers Ncl. Lovely hazy burnished amber orange colour. The nose is intensley caramel hop laden leading to a great bitter palate which is big on orange marmalade flavours. Sweet mango finish that lingers very well. Another cracker.

Keg @ CPK. Deep red color with a massive white head. The nose is citrusy grapefruit, peaches and red apple. Sweet. The taste is really sticky sweet fruits. Some marmalade, grapefruit, sea grass and yeasty cheesy funk. Great flavor. The finish is smooth and hoppy. Overall, a fantastic red IPA. Summer Wine are impressing me.

Keg at southern. Red with whiteish head. Nice tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit, some caramel and nuttiness. Similar taste, hops work well with the malt. Smooth and well balanced with a clean finish. Good beer

On cask at The Southern Bar. Pours a cloudy dark golden colour with a fair beige head. Aroma of pine, caramel, grassy hops and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Tasty with lingering pine and decent bitterness.
