330 ml bottle. #AAD. BB 31/07/15. From alesbymail.co.uk.
My advent calendar door #20 revealed this one. Cloudy golden amber colour with a tiny frothy off-white head. Fruity and piney hops, mild bitterness, some mild sweetness and mild maltiness in the aroma. Quite ordinary but not bad IPA aroma. The flavour is somewhat fresh with floral and piney hops, fruit tea, mild bitterness and some dryish maltiness. More English than American IPA. Mild alcohol notes.

0.33l bottle. It looks quite nice this and it smells really nice. A cloudy really glowing peach orange body under a big lasting almost a little cream-fluffy head thatís leaving some serious lacework. Really fresh nose, lots and lots of really zesty fresh citrus hops here. The summit hops really shines. Traces of black currants and red berries. Sweet pine cones also detected. A really nice aroma. Lots of flavor also. It somehow manages to both oily and quite watery on the mouthfeel. Havenít had that before and itís about average in the bubbles. Lots of citrus and pine cones in the taste also. Lots of resinous traces and thin watered down strawberry syrup. Itís a refreshing, really well hopped one this. I wouldnít argue if someone said I had to drink a bottle more of this. 02.08.2014

Pours a lovely bright amber colour, but the carbonation is lacking that is come across as being flat making the overall product disappointing.

330ml bottle from Summer Wine online. Deep orange-brown amber colour, foam white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of malt caramel, citrus, spicey hop. Taste is malt caramel with tangy, floral grapefruit, pine and earthy bitterness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry woody earthy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

33 cl bottle.
Pours clear copper color with a large head. Resinous hops first thing on the nose, lots of malts too, some piney notes with some sweet orange. Malty bitter palate, somewhat bready, citric fruits and mild hops on the flavor. A solid IPA leaning slightly towards maltier side, good.

Bottle at home. Has a nice and cloudy orange color, with a small, off-white colored foam head. The aroma is surprisingly sweet how the first thing that strikes me is fruity jelly sweets. Furthermore feels mango, blood orange, pine needles and grass. The hops is more pronounced in the flavor with tones of grass, wood, some cardboard and a lot of resin. The finish is dry. Mouth feel is smooth, and the bitterness felt quite powerful. The aroma was interesting, but the taste feels a little unbalanced. Itís possible that this is not my favorite kind of hops, but I think the hops dominate too much in this beer.

@Indyman - Clear light brown appearance. The aroma and flavour are clean, crisp, fresh and especially hoppy.
