Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - chocolate orange, fruit salad Taste - creamy chocolate laden with fruit. Light honey. I’ve got it. Think of the chocolate in a box of chocolates which has that orange centre. That’s it. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long elegant finish. Overall - I’m a huge fan. Very decadent indeed.

Keg at the Euston Tap on 14 January 2013. Slightly murky amber. Very fruity but with a strong bitterness. Berry fruits - raspberry or even strawberry - prominent. Some light sour notes too. Dry on the palate. Good, but no chocolate that I could detect. Wondered whether they had the lines mixed up. Weird.
