Bottle at Bishops Arms in Örebro. Fruity and light spicy smell with hops and onion. Similar taste. Light and refreshing. A bit unfresh though with the onion aroma.

Keg at Flying Scotsman, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich head. Generous aroma of pineapple, sassafras, passionfruit and marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Passionfruit and marzipan lingers. Mid bitter finish. Nice!

33cl bottle from Beer Gonzo. It pours a slightly hazy orange color with a medium head. Aroma is intensely citrusy, lightly estery, yeasty and grassy. Intense note of grapefruit skin and juice. Taste is medium bitter and lightly acidic in the finish, with notes of hay, citrus peel, yeasty esters, grass and grapefruit. Finishes lightly tart and citrusy. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, delicious, a great blend of spicy fruity yeasts and citrusy fruity hops.

Bottle at home. Clear pale gold with a massive white head, kind of like Sam Alladyce except he’s not gold. Aroma is quite subtle, citrus hop flavours, flavour is also quite subtle, more hops, Belgian yeast, lemon, bit of dryness in the finish. Nice, drinkable, just didn’t wow me.

Hazy orange - gold beer, massive white head. Crisp palate, semi dry. Bitterish seltzer minerals. Fresh grapefruit, tangerine and a little orange peel. Mild sherbet lemon and a trace of lime. Finishes crisp with citrus bitterness. Nice!

330ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Lemon, yeast, spice and some notes of grapefruit in the aroma. Banana, lemon, yeast and grapefruit feature in the tangy, yeasty and slightly spicy taste.

Idiosynkrasie (4240) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 13, 2013
330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Floral yeasty aroma, some citrusy hop notes. Taste is slightly monotonous and somehow narrowly concentrated and simultaneous yeasty, citrusy, acerbic and bitter hoppy, minimally spicy. Nice composition, though.
