COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A Rich Dark Porter brewed with 10 different malts giving a sweet roast richness that is balanced with just enough hop character. This ale has a surprising drinkability for it’s colour and abv. Don’t let the sumptuous roast malt fool you, this porter is seriously potent & has the potential to take you to another place...

Cask Half Pint at Euston Tap, London in Aug 2012 - Black in colour. Very Malty; roasty roasty malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, hints of vanilla. Fruity; hints of berry fruits. Hoppy; fruity hop. Nice malt/fruit/hop balance. Slightly sweet roast malty and fruity initially, becoming more bitter towards the end. Dry in the finish. Very drinkable. Enjoyed this. Nice Porter!

A bit muted on the nose but with chocolate, coffee, toast coming through nicely on the palate. Mouthfeel is a bit light and finish is nice and dry but a bit short.

Jet black. Strong burnt malts and charcoal in the aroma. Flavour has great toasty, burnt bitter malts and a hint of coffee in the aftertaste.
