COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Regular;
Our flagship pale session beer for 2011, pale golden almost blonde in colour, Zenith is packed with zingy Centennial hops which give a citrus bite & flavours of lime all set against a pale malt backdrop. Low in abv but big in the flavour stakes & all set off with a massive dry hop aroma, this beer ups the stakes in the pale & sessionable market.

Cask gravity at Tenterden BF June 2012. Not skimped on the hops here. Wow thats sherbert and lovely hop. Touch ascetic on aroma but condition is good and its bitter. Citrus and lovely.

Cask @ The Caley Sample Rooms 291012
Golden amber, clear, bubbly white head.
Aroma of dry zesty lemony hop, slight sweet citrus, hint of mustyness.
Taste of floral hops, slight herbal hops, light bitter zest, dry zesty hops, getting a hint of mint leaf (?), light pale malt backbone that lets the hops come fully through. Lot of flavour for the abv.
Palate - soft carb, thin body. FInish dryish, nice bitter citrus zest finish, good linger

Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Pale gold in colour. Rather flat. Pleasant mild hop aroma. Quite sharp hop flavour. Tasty enough, especially for the relatively low ABV, but probably would have been better if in livelier condition. Flagged for re-rate.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell, London, 21 April 2012) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass and lemon peel. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, grass, lemon peel, biscuity malt and a fresh, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Highly drinkable and very nice.

Cask at CP&K. It pours golden yellow, with a decent white head. The nose is zesty citrus, straw and floral. The taste is lemon, orange, grapefruit, citrus pith, straw, floral and grass, with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. An easy drinking session ale.

Leighton (7183) - London, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2012
Cask at CBC, London. Pours clear yellow with a fine, white foam head. Dry straw, light citrus and hay aroma. Medium sweet flavor with restrained punch, and notes of lemon, lemonade, dry grass, straw, light pee and grapefruit. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish with well-cooked hay, some modest minerals, sun-kissed grass and lemon. A very solid golden ale. I could session this big time. Big time.

Cask conditioned handpump Mr Foleys Leeds. A bright yellow golden beer with a whitish head and lacing. A good zongy citrus aroma with a bit of soap. Pretty good bitter orange flavours in the mouth. A tasty beer where the centennials really work.
