Bottle, a very enjoyable beer! Bottle, poured dark amber, with minimal head. Aroma of sharp grains and malts, flavor of an exquisite nature, something a bit biting and a bit smooth. Bitter. Very nice. AN enjoyable beer that I shall purchase again!

May 13, 2008 Pours a pretty badass thick head with a pretty light brown color. Really sweet and fruity aroma. I think the taste is pretty heavy is dark, thick fruitiness. Leaves a pleasant aftertaste. Pretty sweet and malty.

May 11, 2008 A pleasant surprise. From a 12-oz. bottle, this pours a slightly cloudy reddish amber with an eggshell head. Very good lacing. Sweet malty, bready aroma. First taste is nutty toffee malt with a quick dose of spicy hops. More depth than I expected--and a good, clean finish. The palate seemed suprisingly like a tap beer, rather than bottled. This is very smooth & easy-drinking. An excellent buy.
