COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Different recipe than Summit’s standard IPA. Higher fermentation temperature, dry hopped with pounds and pounds of Glacier hops. Cask conditioned.

Cask. Arborfest 2008. Very mild fruity hops on the nose. Light tropical fruit notes. Pineapple and tangerine. Just a touch of bready malt. Pours nearly clear dark orange with a lasting creamy white head. Flavor is very mild as well. Toasted bread malt. Dry. Slightly fruity but otherwise unexpressive hops. A touch of woodsy tree bark as well. Creamy and soft texture with delicate carbonation.
