COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summit Hefe Weizen is brewed with a high percentage of malted wheat, then a small amount of authentic German weizen yeast is left behind to help maintain its brewery freshness. And that’s what accounts for Hefe Weizen’s unique cloudy appearance.

Hazy golden colored, fluffly white head. Wheat, yeast, and ctirus flavors all present on the nose, most notably the yeast. Yeast was very strong in the flavor, giving this brew a very bready quality. Nothing offensive - just a typical hefe.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow color, smells of bread, bannana, lemon and spice. Tastes like bread and yeast. I’ve also had this from a bottle and it was much much better on tap. Glad I tried it again.
