Jun 28, 2008 Pours like a typical pilsner beer. Aroma is grainy and herbal. Flavor has malted grains, sharp hops, and a clean dry finish. I like it.

Jun 17, 2008 Now known as just "Pilsener": poured a bright, clear golden colour- small head. Aroma is pleasent- fresh hops, green grapes and grass. Taste is firm on the palate, hops are to the point- but well balanced. Filling with a semi dry finish.

Light aroma of cereal grains, light hop notes. Thin and watery on the palate. Grassy hops, malt. Bland and on the unimpressive side.
