I’m not a big Pilsner fan, but I was somewhat disapointed with this anyways. Pilsners tend to be very blah and this suffers from Pilsner syndrome somewhat. I wouldn’t recommend this one after trying a six pack.

Oct 4, 2008 Pours a lovely light gold, clear with lots of fine bubbles, fine frothy white small head. Sweet and sour aroma of grass, light lemon and white bread, a bit herbal. First taste is quite bitter, sharply followed by tangy sweetness and then again finishing biter. Flavor is very clean but pretty boring, light lemon, crackers and soda water. A nice crisp clean medium body.

Aug 18, 2008 Malty with a somewhat sharp herbal hop note, this is a good all-purpose crowd pleasing lager, markedly better than your typical macro "pils".

Slight hay nose. Body is a bright yellow color. Flavor is of hay and a touch of lemon.

Jun 28, 2008 Pours like a typical pilsner beer. Aroma is grainy and herbal. Flavor has malted grains, sharp hops, and a clean dry finish. I like it.

Jun 17, 2008 Now known as just "Pilsener": poured a bright, clear golden colour- small head. Aroma is pleasent- fresh hops, green grapes and grass. Taste is firm on the palate, hops are to the point- but well balanced. Filling with a semi dry finish.
