COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Authentic Saaz hops from the Czech Republic give our Pilsener just the right amount of spicy floral aroma. With a crisp, refreshing malt backbone and lightly spiced hops, it’s a taste of the Bohemian life.

Pretty golden color with attractive white head. Clean, crisp pilsner with a well balanced hop finish. Very easy drinking and a great alternative to BMC.

Dark golden hue, a bit hazey, with a good, fluffy head. Smells lightly of malt with a bit of hop presence, very soft on the nose. Taste is a smooth offering of malty goodness, lightly put together with a paled hop bite. Could be a bit more bolder and bodied for this style, but was pretty good non the less. Has a good clean and smooth feel, a little light with a wierd, dry hop finish thats hard to nail down. Not bad, could be better good be alot worse.

Aroma is moderately sweet floral. Taste is light sweet, floral/earthy, with a hint of lemon. Dry finish.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2005 Light golden color. Aroma is mild with hops and malt, but not much of either. This one has the flavor of a full bodied pilsner. The heavy palate is the best quality in this beer.

Light golden color with a fluffy white head. Light malt and dry herbal aroma. Light dry malt flavors along with a light saltiness and dry mild bitterness. Malt does not stick with the bitterness, which gives it a very thin feel. A decent american effort.

Golden color, small white head that lasted for a short time.Malty sweet aroma, hoppy with a slight hint of lemon grass.Very nice flavor, sweet malt medium hopping, with a slight metallic taste as well it's mild abd short lived, but does little to the over all taste.the feel is watery and the finish is semi-sweet with some hops thrown in.Pretty decent brew and well worth having more of IMO.

Lager aroma with an added zing of hop bitterness. Clear gold body with a small, white frothy head. Leaves excellent lace. Good carbonation. For a pilsner, excellent flavor. Not as good as Victory Prima Pils, but deserves to be in the same sentence. A joy to drink; another feather in the cap for the Summit Brewing Co, which, outside of the Town Hall Brewery, is Minnesota's finest maker of beer. Makes for a good session beer for both lovers of full bodied beer and of lighter beer.

Gusler (2653) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - APR 13, 2003
The prototypical lager/pilsner pour, an unblurred gold color, the head the archetypal bright white, frothy in texture, the lace a nice covering sheet upon the glass. Nose the quintessential malt, clean and fresh, crisp and quite satisfying as noses go. Start is typical malt, lightly sweet, the top middling in feel, finish purposeful in its acidity, the hops applicatory to the style, a nice thirst quencher and a fine session beer for those lucky enough to have access to this beer.
