COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Authentic Saaz hops from the Czech Republic give our Pilsener just the right amount of spicy floral aroma. With a crisp, refreshing malt backbone and lightly spiced hops, it’s a taste of the Bohemian life.

Sample from tap at the brewery. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Mild Aroma of soft malt. Flavour is sweet malty, has a soft fruitiness going into a nice bitter finish. Good pilsener.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich head. Mildoily orange aroma. Mid-sweet with light-medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Mild grass and hay flavour, medium bitterness. Areally well made beer, providing just what Iexpect from a pasteurized, filtered Czech pilsener. Deserves to be made a kvasnicovy.

12 oz bottle-pours a white head and yellow color. Aroma is grain, Euroskunk, musty, lime/spice hops. Taste is grain, musty/cardboard, spice/herbal hops. Lots of carbonation in the back of the throat. As it warms, some sweetness/honey comes through and cardboard eases. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.

Bottle at Village Pub, KY. Poured a dark amber with a moderate white head that was mostly lasting. Solid sweet balanced aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Same moderate balanced malt and hop flavor with a short soft finish.

A golden pils with a thick lacing white head. A nice malty pils with light berry esters, and German hopping. In mouth, a light sweetish pils with light metallic hops. A bit commercial. On tap at Ike’s MSP, Sept. 13 2009.

Bottle poured a clear tarnished gold with a lingering ring of off white foam. Aromas of bread dough, light spice and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, spicy hops and a hint of citrus with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Bottle… Pours clear and yellow with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Great retention. The bouquet is of white pepper and pale malts. Medium-bodied with a lightly oily mouthfeel and middle-of-the-road carbonation. Minerally bitterness with a touch of honey and a dash of pale grain sweetness. Crisp, bittersweet finish. Kudos to otakuden for providing this bottle of beer!

Slightly yellowish golden pilsener, well carbonated to fluffy white, consistent head. Initially very grassy nose, pale malts, warm-sweetish aromas. Dry, very metallic/walnut - bitter pils. Bitterness completely obfuscates the restsweetness of the malt, and becomes more and more clearly hoppy with time. Some fruitiness in the back, as from fresh figs. Nice hoppy finish going over in long bitterish aftertaste, less sharp than in the beginning. Not bad, but I haven’t had a single pils in Czechia sporting such sharp bitterness. Overshooting its (obvious) target, but not without merits. Thanks, David.

Bottle from Pat’s. Gold pour with medium, fluffy white head. Aroma of hopcitrus, some apricotty fruit. Crisp palate that throws flavor notes of hops and crisp citrus at you, plus some apricot and honey notes, and some pale malt notes. Refreshing and very palate cleansing.
