Pour a slightly hazy golden with a small, rocky head. Spruce and tropical fruit aroma, gummy bears? yum!. Taste is a little disappointing with a slight medicinal quality, but still a quality IPA.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, yellow-orange body with a thick, white head. Aroma of floral/grassy hops along with apricot and citrus. Taste is similar, although not as strong as the aroma. Bitter finish.

Growler from Brick Spirits. Pours a crystal clear golden color with a huge pillowy off white head. Aroma of tropical fruit and grapefruit. Slight hints of caramel malt. Really tasty! Nice balance of fruity citrus and tropical hops and caramel malt. I can definitely tastes hints of the kiwi and passionfruit as well. Well done

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Moriartys. Clear medium-light amber pour with a lasting off-white foam that left some lace. Very hop forward. Turpentine. Autumn leaves. Tangerine peels. Watermelon rind. Grapefruit pith. Anbesol. Sharp and bitter. Hops are bringing a strong heat to the mouth like a very hot pepper. Tastes better after the tongue numbs a bit.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Thanks for sharing, bro! Pours a light golden color with a small white head that leaves little webbed lacing. Aroma is mostly apricot, kiwi, and other citrus, light caramel malts. Mouthfeel is smooth. Taste is very balanced even though there are a lot of hop varietals being used. Finishes rather clean with little lingering bitterness. Solid!

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice tropical fruity aroma. Pineapple, mango, orange and some pine mixed in. Not a very assertive spicy hops presence more like an english IPA than an American IPA. More clean tropical notes in the flavors. Some spicy citrus and mango. Overall, this is very drinkable and with the tropical overtones, its easy to see this as a quality beach beer. Thanks to BarZigKin for the hookup!

This beer rocks. No hype just a great beer. Loads of upfront aroma with a killer hop taste. Interesting it is a bit of a twist flavor wise from many ipa. Lots of tail end bitterness but very palatable ... Exceptional ipa. U would be hard pressed to find a better. Summit and lagunitas are brewing for the common man! And I love it...

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2015 bottle. Golden with small head. Mild hoppiness, but with good fruity flavor. Seems like more of a pale ale, but decent enough.

Pretty solid IPA with a lot of hop spiciness and mouthfeel complexity. Had a dry finish. On draft in a pint glass.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a slightly cloudy yet carbonated golden with a full and foamy white head. The aroma, while being pretty much what you come to expect from this style, is very good. Grapefruit, orange, pine, mango and lemon. The taste is big on pine that goes along with lots of melon and mango. There is some grapefruit as well. Surprisingly, this doesn’t come through as much until the end. An excellent hoppy bitterness here. Aftertaste is grapefruit and mango. Medium bodied, sticky in texture, with lots of lively carbonation. My first impression was that this was going to be pretty standard. However, with some different flavors in here that you usually don’t find dominant, I found this to be a bit of a different take for an IPA. Overall, I thought this one to be very solid.
