Reminds me of the Belgian ales drank whilst in Europe. Love the slightly sweet aftertaste. Full bodied and yet thirst quenching. I think that brewer Eric captured this style exactly.

Dark Hazy Crimson/Brown. Aroma consists of figs, spices, caramel, rum raisins, malts and yeasts. Flavor is fairly sweet with caramel, spices, figs, rum raisin, plums, malts & yeasts. Body is fairly light along with the carbonation and it feels moderately crisp. Itís not quite the best Abbey Style Iíve tried (although itís up there!), it is however the most accessible and reasonably priced one Iíve tried yet.

Really good beer. Starts off smooth and light, then the flavor builds quickly, an effervescent plum flavor hits and fades into a great yeasty/bready aftertaste. 8% ABV with not much alcohol taste and some warmth. Really easy drinking and tasty.

12 ounce bottle pour. Great interpretation of the Belgian style. Not as good as itís competition, but a respectable effort. Good alcohol content to drink while camping.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a amber with a white head. Taste sweet, Carmel, Belgian yeast. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at OBF. Pours dark amber with a big beige head. Aroma of darkish fruit like raisin/date. Med + body. Flavor is malty, dark sugar. Not too much spice; some noble hop. Surprisingly dry finish.

Bottle. Clear amber brown pour, nice 3/4 inch head and a bready/yeasty sweet aroma. Body is rich, creamy and malty, some lightly sweet and peppery Belgian yeast and some decent balance sweetness on the finish. Decent beer for the price.

Picked this up at Surdykís on a recent trip to minnesota. I think itís quite nice. Dark ruby color. Malty, slightly sweet flavor with a subtle belgian yeast flavor and pepperiness. Balanced and layered flavors. Looking forward to another.

Amazing aroma that leads to a very inviting flavor. Very drinkable for an 8% beer. Recommend.

12 oz bottle: Aroma is nicely fruity, yeast, plum, light bubblegum, and some nice spices. Appearance is a clear reddish/brown with a thick off white head that lingers for quite a while. Taste is really nice smooth, effervescent, the plum notes are more prevalent with yeast coming through. Starts off light but melds into something a lot more hardier. Palate is medium mouthfeel, with a lingering fruity, plum-like aftertaste. Also a slight alcohol bite. Overall, Good stuff. Cheers!
