Bottles from multiple sources. Pours pretty rurbid orange with 1-finger off-white head. Nose is intense hops, caramel malt, black peppery notes, spicy florals. Tastes caramel malty, grainy, with a big hop flavor, but not as much as the aroma would indicate. Finishes smooth, somewhat bland, with still solid hops.

12oz Draft A - Pours dark amber with a pillowy off white head. Good retention. Ok lacing. S - Citrus and caramel malt. T - Apricot with a healthy malt backbone. Caramelized malt and other citrus hops. Well balanced. M - Light/medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Mild bitter/apricot finish. O - More of a classic American Pale Ale. Reminded me alot of Blvd’s Pale ale. Nice.

I’ve been a longtime Summit fan. Some of my favorite beers come from this brewery. This one is good, but it’s a bit bright and overly sharp in an unbalanced way. It’s good, but I would still go with their classic pale over this.

Dark Hazy Orange with a foamy but small head and good lacing. Aroma is quite citrusy with a hint of caramel and hops. Flavor is orange, citrus hops, caramel, malts and yeasts. Aftertaste is a bitter citrus hop finish. Body is moderately weighted and carbonated. A lighter IPA but a good one nonetheless

A pleasant citrus hop aroma. Flavor has a light biscuit flavor balanced by a moderate hop bite. The aftertaste is a bit fruity and unique. What a nice, well balanced beer. A refreshing beer to enjoy on a hot day.
