Dark Hazy Orange with a foamy but small head and good lacing. Aroma is quite citrusy with a hint of caramel and hops. Flavor is orange, citrus hops, caramel, malts and yeasts. Aftertaste is a bitter citrus hop finish. Body is moderately weighted and carbonated. A lighter IPA but a good one nonetheless

On tap at Capone's in Norristown, PA. Good on them for releasing an organic beer, but I think I prefer my beers to be a bit more flavorful, even if it isn't as humane.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: APR 28, 2013 Wasn’t sure what style to peg this beer. Seemed like a hybrid between a Brown & Pale Ale. Copper color medium bodied, generously hopped, with a grainy malt backbone. Decent beer and organic to boot.

A nice copper colored body out of the bottle with a light khaki head. A nose of sweet cereal grains and grapefruit. There is also some light caramel. The taste is fairly bitter grapefruit and toast. There is some almond and a little bit of tobacco. A decent APA type beer. Nicely done.
