3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, MN. Pours a clear dark copper amber colored brew with a thick and rocky off-white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops, golden and caramel malts, a touch of earthy spice and autumn floral. Taste is medium bodied, some mild carbonation with flavors of biscuity caramel malt, dried leafy hops and a touch of herbs. Finish is semi-dry with a lingering dry hop aftertaste. Not an over-powering IPA but still a sessional type.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle. Filtered amber-tan. Soapy, oily, thin head. Mellow, fruity, lots of ale yeast tones. Not so far off from the California Common, in some respects. A good beer, very sessionable, but lacks hop boldness. Classic, well done IPA.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a nice head that fades to a film and shows some lacing. Aroma has nice citrus hops and bread like rye and some caramel malt. Taste is bitter citrus hops some rye nots and good maltiness and subtle spice. Palate is medium chalky and crisp. Nice beer very satisfying and refreshing!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours hazy amber with big head, great retention, and awesome lacing. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, with a bit of peppery spice and piney hops for balance. Taste is subtle at first, then into dry, woody earth, right into a more bready aftertaste that is stronger than it is up front. Mild bitterness hanging on after that. Pretty complex for such a sessionable beer. Really easy drinking.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very faint nose. Easy drinking session beer with solid malt backbone and light hops. Finish is slightly bitter. Problem is its just all around ok in everyway.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Mackenzie. Almost nonexistent aroma. Slightly hazy dark brown with visible carbonation and a lovely frothy white head. Beautiful sheet lace. Bready finish. Somewhat dry flavor. Almost like an alt. nice beer

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Were they going for an English style ipa? This lacks the hop character of an American example. I don’t give a hoot about using organic ingredients, and as Caleb mentioned, what about the yeast? but in any event, this is a solid, malty session beer. Copper color with an off white head. Rich grain and malt flavor, and on the dry side. Some grass character. Solid session beer, but also very boring. I wish they would do something else that compares to the pumpkin porter from a few years ago.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours light brown clear with a light thick head. Good hop aroma. Great head retention for how light the palate is. Easy drinker... good malt flavour. Little if any perceived bitterness. Smooth and light mouth feel.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a dark golden with a fluffy white head and some lacing. Aroma is floral notes and citrus hops. Flavor is a lot of floral hops with citrus and pine with caramel malt. Medium body with medium carbonation. Pretty good though not very unique.
