3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Amber in color with a lovely head, Osiris Pale Ale exhibits an aroma of fruits and spices that could have come from a Middle Kingdom marketplace, minus the flies and camel dung. Bitter and hoppy with a dry finish, it is a solid pale ale.
---Cheers until next time!

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can @ home, picked up at Highland Wine. Pours a fairly clear, dark orange appearance with a nice off white, creamy head. Moderately potent spicy, piney, orange citrusy aroma with a bit of a floral note going on. Starts out a bit sweet with some cracker and finishes a little more dry and hoppy. Some grapefruit notes. Aroma was nice but the flavor ended a little blandly. Ok.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (grapefruit), with a light note of diacetyl.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Very little aroma, which includes some butter. Pretty thin, watery, and stark in the mouth...almost seems diluted. I wouldn’t go as far as to call it flavorless, as there is ample bitterness, but yeah...it’s surprisingly weak.

Can from Omar! Pours a really nice golden copper with very nice medium head. Aroma is grapefruit and some orange peel, slight dank hop. Taste is more orange peel and some grapefruit juice. A little thin and then overly malty as it warms near the end of the taste. Nice session can pale.

16 oz. can served in a Kuhnhenn snifter. Big thanks to my mom for picking me up a 4-pack on her recent trip through Indy.
A: Pours a clear orange color with a thin, wispy white head forming on the pour. it recedes to a thin ring that leaves some minor splotches of lace down the glass.
S: Light grass on the nose with some mild citrus. Some fruity berry, akin to strawberries as you pass by them in the grocery store. Very faint, but you can pick them out. Light cracker malts with a touch of stale bread.
T: Lots of bready malts with the same light strawberry note coming through. A little sweet, but slightly watered down with a touch of grassy.
M: Light bodied with a medium carbonation level. A little bland on the finish.
O: This was alright. Decent enough to drink and it’d make a fine camping beer, but it’s pretty bland and forgettable overall.
