3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
16 oz. can pours a clear light orange color with small white head ad good lacing. Aroma is full of citrus fruits, bready malts, and and a bit of pine. Taste is bitter, but not outrageously so, with some malt sweetness in the middle and some pine coming out in the long finish. Body is medium with average carbonation and a slightly sticky mouthfeel. A very good APA, and my first from Sun King.

My favorite beer from Sun King; and definitely my favorite Pale Ale. Well balanced and hoppy.

16oz can. Poured into a Sun King beer can glass. Pours a clear light orange color with a thick pillowy off white head. Aroma of citrus hops, bready malts, and a hint of sour funk. Taste is citrus and pine, toast, and resin. Mild bitterness. My first offering from Sun King and not disappointed! Really enjoying this one!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with a moderate pillowy white head. Nose is actually quite hoppy - there are some nice floral elements to it that really come through. Taste isn’t too bitter, but has a nice hoppy floral taste to it. Very easy drink.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A clear, golden body with a rocky, white head. The aroma is fruity with notes of tangerine and mild apricot. It has a light, somewhat thin body with lively carbonation. The taste is mildly bitter with a more neutral finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
16 oz can purchased at Keg Liquors in New Albany, Indiana. The pour is orange copper, lightly hazed, with a somewhat off white head. The aroma is lemon bitter hops, a bit grassy, along with a toasted bread maltiness. The taste has a nice balance between the resin orange citrus hops and the bready malt. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, and a dry bitter mineral finish. Solid Pale Ale.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can:   Vibrant orange, large fluffy white head, nice lacing, light carbonaiton.   Nose of semi-sweet pithiness.   Very much a citrus oriented Pale Ale.   Bright bitterness up front, not caustic, very smooth with a
pithy background.   Decent malt base.   Seems very fresh.   Bitter but not overbearing.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes clean, and what Pale Ales should be, hoppy but not out of balance with the malts.
&nbps Straight forward and solid for a Pale Ale.   Certainly matches up with PNW examples.   Thanks to Brigadier for the cans!
