COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sunlight Cream Ale is our most approachable beer and is a great introduction to the world of Craft Beer. Cream ale is one of the earliest styles of American beer, but was virtually wiped out by American lager brewers. Our Cream Ale is an all malt beer. Only the finest quality barley, wheat and oats are used to give this beer it’s smooth malt profile which is delicately balanced with American hops and a cool fermentation to give this beer a crisp, clean finish.

Can pour very light yellow. Nose could smell the skunk almost as soon as can opened. Sweet malt and perm solution. Taste some sweet malt slight corn. No hop.

On tap. Clear golden pour with a foamy eggshell head that leaves quite a bit of sticky lace. Soft corn lager-esque nose, with some fruity esters including light banana. Fairly sweet, lightly bitter. Medium bodied, actively carbed, with a tingly finish. Decent for what it is. Would probably hit the spot on a really hot day. Looks like Miller Lite.

On tap @ 2013 M&M Conference. Served a mid-gold/yellow with a light head and lacing. Aroma was so slightly pungent malts. Taste was slightly malty and grainy with an off-taste mid hoppy finish. Palate was OK. Overall, not one of the better cream ales I have tried.

16oz can. Pours a crystal clear pale golden color with a huge creamy white head. Aroma of musty grain, grass, and slightly fruity. Taste is yeasty, slight citrus, hay, and grain. Very average beer.

Drinkable and pleasant; that's really all I can say. It's by far the worst of their 3 house beers(with the other 2 being exceptional). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Pours a clear and very dark golden color with effectively no head on it. Nose has some corn notes to it, and is very reminiscent of a traditional lager. Taste is actually fairly crisp and not too lager-y, and without the eerie sweetness I feared. Very drinkable.

Good entry beer for those not in to hops or craft beer. Best when drank closer to room temp to help bring out the flavors.

Can. Clear golden thin white head. Malty aroma of bread, toast, hay. Mild sweet taste. Thin body, ave carbonation, sticky texture. Ok overall.

Tap sample. Clear deep straw with a small white head. Soft malt, mellow floral hops, sweetish, grainy, low bitterness, bread. Light body, short finish, easy to drink and very summery.

Tall boy can. Cloudy gold pour little head and no retention. Nose a little musty with malt and not much else. Taste of biscuit and malt. Fairly clean. Not trying to be anything it isn't. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
