3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 hoffrobert (176) - Indiana, USA - JUL 1, 2012
Light, sweet and creamy. Little hops. A bit metallic from the can. A tad citrus and acidic. Unfortunately it gave me a headache.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 emcclarnon (1) - Indiana, USA - JUN 29, 2012 does not count
Aroma is very malty
Appearance reminds me of a sun peeking through the clouds, it is moderately to highly carbonated, so it sparkles in the light. It has nice lacing that sticks around for awhile.
Taste is somewhat like a domestic beer, only creamier with outstanding drinkability. It showcases plenty of malts and is well done for the style of beer.
The Palate is very creamy with a nice smooth mouthfeel. When compared to budweiser, bud is a 4 and this is a 9.
Overall, I will be buying this again, Consider me a well satisfied customer. Another classic Indiana beer.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 onceblind (2532) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 16, 2012
@ Oskar Blues Burning Can Fest 2012. Aroma was kinda weird with this almost tangerine tone and some earthy pale maltiness, and a bit of cereal grains. taste was light and malty, pretty grainy sweet with virtually no hops, all pale grain sweetness. Like carbonated wort.

Can, as pictured, from Howardf not too long ago. Poured a clear straw gold with minimal white head. Very easy to drink, not a ton of overbearing flavor on it. Straw flavor,

Unfortunately the followup to the Osiris was a bit of a letdown. I’ve never really been a big fan of cream ales but this one isn’t that great even so. For the price it was not bad ($2.75 Happy Hour deal) but I wouldn’t pick up cans unless there was absolutely nothing else on the shelf except macros.
Aroma / Appearance - The transparent golden body did not do much to obscure the light trickling in from outside. Bubbly carbonation was a little too active as well. The scent of powdered sugar, cream filling, and lemon crisp made this feel like sitting at the dessert section of a deli. It was easy on the senses but perhaps a little too much so.
Flavor / Palate - Lemons, cream filling extracted from a Twinkie, and orange zest live a short and plain life before fading near the front of the throat. What does remain is a sweet texture. The finish is not remarkably distinct if you’ve had any other common cream ales. Even so it gets some points for effort and the fact that it is a local though I won’t be trying it again any time soon.
2.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 sbanach (214) - USA - MAR 9, 2012
UPDATED: APR 20, 2012 No aroma, pilsner yellow color, light hops, light malt. Full flavor, but no different than a miller genuine draft.. Disappointed. For the price, I will order a watered down american lager

Tried this on on draft on 4/20/12 and not much different.
Aroma is light lemon taste is malt with very little hops present corn and mild sweetness , very easy drinking.... Still not worth the $10 for (4) 16 oz cans
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 wnoble (918) - French Lick, Indiana, USA - FEB 18, 2012
Clear yellow pour. Malty sweet nose with a mildly floral and fruity hop profile throughout. Crisp, light, and easy to drink. If you like weak flavored beer this is a good one.
