4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 honcho (2) - indianapolis, Indiana, USA - AUG 19, 2011 does not count
Aroma- Has a nice clean malty aroma with soft malt character and very minimal hops in the nose, very nice .
Appearance- This beer is brilliantly clear with a great foam stand which is long lasting.
Taste- Great example of the Cream Ale style. Has a nice malt character with a faint bitterness that is just enough to balance the flavors. Has a nice corn characteristic that intermingles with the soft malt character. No diacytal, DMS, or any other noticeable flaws.
Palate- This beer is easy drinkin, with a great creamy character that intermingles with medium high carbonation. It goes down very easy.
Overall- Great example of style, extremely well balanced and clean. Brewed for the masses in Indianapolis to help convert Bud/Miller/Coors drinkers to craft beer. Excellent job guys!

Aroma is very malty
Appearance reminds me of a sun peeking through the clouds, it is moderately to highly carbonated, so it sparkles in the light. It has nice lacing that sticks around for awhile.
Taste is somewhat like a domestic beer, only creamier with outstanding drinkability. It showcases plenty of malts and is well done for the style of beer.
The Palate is very creamy with a nice smooth mouthfeel. When compared to budweiser, bud is a 4 and this is a 9.
Overall, I will be buying this again, Consider me a well satisfied customer. Another classic Indiana beer.

Can from Rayl101. Pours a clear straw color with white head and active carbonation. Aroma has cracker, biscuit, wheat. Taste is sweet, almost fruity, with light bitterness. Slick texture that gives way to some dryness. Pretty good. Crisp and refreshing and would be a solid summer beer.

Pint can:
Pours clear, pale gold with a tall white head..a very active head, at that.
Scent is initially heavy cereal, acidic and sweet....
Taste and feel are incredibly creamy.....barley malt.....
Remarkably soft... almost "fluffy"...like a beer-flavoured "Cool-Whip"...
I like it.

Appearance: Pours a clear yellow gold with a decent white head.
Aroma: Light bready notes, honey suckle.
Taste: Like a beautiful pale lager with no horrible twang. Has a slight honey finish.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, clean, refreshing.
Overall: Solid.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Aubrey (3339) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - DEC 7, 2011
Not my favorite style, I’ll admit, but this is a good example. Lively carbonation; smooth body. Sweet malt base with elements of milk, soda, honey and cake frosting. Mild yet balancing bitterness. Somewhat herbal in nature. Overall, it’s light yet flavorful; pleasant and drinkable. I wish Sun King would can some of their bolder brews.
