33cl brown glass bottle pours crystal clear gold with a decent looking thin white head of foam. The mild aroma has sweet fruity esters of apples mixed with corn and then a faint vague leafy hop like sensation. The taste isn’t so bad as the sweetness is restrained nicely by mild grainy malts and mild vague hoppiness. I presume these are Noble hops as I’m getting hints of floral and earthy hops as well as faint hop bitterness. Decent Pale Lager and not being overly sweet is a big plus for me.

To commemorate the Chinese new year a rather simple and tasteless beer. Low carbonation and no head beer to celebrate a year that we expect to be quite restless.
