Sun Up Pumpkin Spiced Porter

10/29/11 sun up pumpkin spiced porter on cask... beautiful beer with a soft tan cask head. a is choco, vanilla, cinnamon, actual pumpkin earthy sweetness, a little nutmeg, roast (mild). it takes until the beer warms to really make anything of it. f rich but has some bitterness/roast on the finish and a touch of tartness to make it insanely drinkable. black pepper-type spiciness, earthy, roast, nutty caramel and the rest of the aroma notes round it out. aftertaste is vanilla and choco/roast smooth cask texture really nice. well controlled. 7/4/7/316
