A long-time customer favorite at our Pub, the IPA is full of flavor aroma from Simcoe Hops, yet very smooth and easy to drink!

Pours clear pale amber, small off-white head, great lacing. Aroma is light, caramel, pine and a hint of melon. Flavor is light plus sweet and medium bitter, not a lot going on. Medium body, lots of lingering bitterness.

On cask. Golden color with big off white head. Grassy, some citrus flavor. Goes down very smooth. Enjoyable on cask.

Draft taster at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that heavily laces the glass. Notes of caramel, grass, a lot of hay, florals, and apple. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonatoin and a sweet, malty mouthfeel. Didnít do much for me at all.

Location: Draft at Angelís Trumpet, 3/2/14

Aroma: Nose is citrus and pine hops with some grainy malts
Appearance: Clear gold-orange white head and plus lace
Flavor: The taste is light sweet and mid bitter
Palate: Body is smooth and clean with a soft carbonation
Overall Impression: Solid IPA, nice and drinkable. Not a standout in the style, just a good, solid, drinkable one.

A really nice drinking IPA with plenty of hop flavor, aroma and a nice level of bitterness. Uwe is probably the most unheralded great brewer in the area because as big as he is he is also somewhat shy and humble but he makes great beer.

Golden color out of the tap with a foamy off white head. Orange and lemon hop nose. This is a big citrus hop beer with sweet orange juice with English muffin and a nice orange zest finish.

This I enjoyed more than the XXX IPA. It has a fairly strong amount of malt and a decent hop flavor. Could maybe use a bit more hops even. Good.

Bright, clear orange. Citrus gel and malt aroma. Nothing spectacular, but a solid brewpub AIPA. Medium to slightly heavy body. On tap, brewpub.

Tap at the brewery. Rating #53. Nice sessionable IPA, mild hops, light pine and a decent amount of caramel malt, very British. (2783)
