On tap at the brewpub. It pours with a little hazyness. Golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick white head. The aroma has the hops uo front, quite grassy, and with pale malts in the back. Soft on the carbonation, medium to full body. Quite bitter, at least compared to other Norwegian pilsners. Some fruityness, and a firm malty body. Lightly bitter finish with some fruityness and malts. Certainly a fine and easy drinkable one. Dry and quenching. 120505

500 ml bottle. Hazy golden, almost clear. Medium off-white head that clings to the glass. Dusty hop aroma. Crisp hoppy bitterness upfront. Malts are there, but the body is quite light. The beer appears as a nice drinkable sessionable lager with a nice grainy complexity. The hops are noble hops with a earthy and slight bitter character. A really nice pilsener.
