COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Highly quaffable at 3.7%, it has a brilliant straw blonde appearance.
Its tantalising tropical aroma of mangoes, grapefruit and lychees come from our unique blend of New Zealand, Australian and West Coast American hops. The upfront bitterness gently yields to a light malt body provided by barley that is sourced solely from farms around the brewery.
Malt: Low Colour Pale Malt
Hops: Cascade, Mount Hood, Styrian, Beata, Calypso and Pacific Jade

Pours gold with a fading head. Restrained aroma, bready wheat, soft spicy hops, cereal-like malt, soft vegetables. Restrained flavours too; cereal grains, spicy hops, some stale notes. Carbonation could be higher.

Maybe I am drinking this at the wrong time of year? A more and more popular style of light blonde/gold beer. Very gentle flavours. Vague pineapple bubblegum? Some wash of hops. Will try this again in the sunshine.

Tasted on tap @York Tap, York on 01/11/2012. Pours of super hazy, pale yellow color with a proper white head. Aroma is faint, mostly herbal&spicy, slightly zesty. Mouthfeel is high carbonated, medium bodied. Taste begins with wheat notes, following by a wave of citrus fruits and spices. Aftertaste is long, mostly zesty and quite bitter. A very refreshing beer, recommended. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask (Akkurat, Stockholm) - Golden with a small head. Pineapple, grapefruit and lychees in the aroma. Hoppy, soppy and slightly spicy taste, with notes of lemon, tea, pineapple and honey. Refeshing and easy to drink,, with plenty of flavour for the strength.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2012 Cask at the Bishops Arms, Copenhagen. Clear straw pour with a thin white head and lots of lace. Weak yeasty aroma leading to some yeasty bitterness in the flavour, but not in a good way. Lets be honest, it’s a simple lager. It was drinkable, but nothing more.
