Commercial Description: Made from 100% Niagara Apples. The ripe fruit is picked in October, frozen, and then gently pressed. The resulting juice is sweet and bursting with the flavour of many different varieties of apples. The wine has a heady aroma of apples and a hint of vanilla and caramel.
