[1545-20080720] 341mL bottle. Mild apple powder aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with no head. Sweet initially, flavour is very apple throughout with a tart finish. Light body has bubblies on the tongue. Nice.

no head. pale yellow. very clear. constantly bubbles from the bottom. looks nice. allple aroma and flavour. i didnt really like the feel of the carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear fizzy white-coloured body. Sugary apple aroma along with some grape soda. The flavour is of a similar dynamic with some alcohol warmth coming through. Balanced apple tartness. Effervescent carbonation. A respectable cider all around.

Bottled sample. Pale yellow in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas of apple blossom, a bit of caramel, and some spice. Very mellow rounded apple flavor, with a bit of white grape. Could have been a bit more crisp.

Bottle courtesy of Hyde, thanks Derek for this rare treat! Pale straw pour, very slight white fizzy ring of head. Looks of slight carbonation. Apples and white grapes in the nose, with sweet apples, grapes, and sugars in the mouth. Nice legging, with a crisp, fizzy finish. Enjoy like a wine. Would drink again.

(Draught) Sampled at the Woolwich Arms & Arrow in Guelph, ON. Came headless with a clear, lightly carbonated, golden body. Nose of apple juice with slight nail polish. The flavour was crisp and balanced - fairly sweet. I would love to have this on tap in Ottawa as well...

Clear yellow with foamy white head. Tart apple and grapeskins. Very sweet, like an apple nectar/pop, not acidic. Light bodied. Thanks Mike H.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2008 2008-07-21. Pale yellow body. (2-3) Modest apple aroma. Light flavour, tart apples, light acidity in the finish. Average to light bodied palate. Quaffable but fairly simple cider. 6+/2/6/3/12 - 3.0 Sampled at the winery.

April 2004. Clear yellow headless body per the style. Nice appley aroma and the finish is very much apple juice but there is a hint of something in the aroma and the initial swallow of this that defies my analysis. Can’t tell if it’s something I like or something unnatural. A decent cider but nothing so special. 6/3/6/3/12 - 3.0 Draft at the Bow and Arrow.

Full apple aroma, clear yellow, almost no head. Big apple flavour, crisp, sweet, dry, refreshing. A nice treat.
