Had from bottle @ Sunnybrook Farm, Niagara on the Lake, Canada .. . a spiced cider that was on point! the spices were subtle and not overdone .. . poured a clear gold .. a fall sipper! .. . . And, you have to cut these up first. Otherwise, animals get caught in them.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at the winery. pours a nice dark yellow. kind of light brown. Smells like apple pie. the spicing in this one was a little weak, could have been a bit more harsh, but it was drank well and was alright for taste.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
At the winery. Pours a clear yellow with no head. Smells really nice, it’s spicy in the aroma and flavour, nicely balanced with sweet apples along with a bit of wood. Average bodied. My favourite I tried on this day, really good stuff.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
[1544-20080720] Bottle. Low apple wood and spices aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with no head. Sweet apples in the flavour have a hint of ginger and allspice, more "core" and skins than juicy bits. Light-medium body. Pleasant.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
2008-07-21. Crisp yellow body. Spicey aroma is not quite what I expected, the most noticeable to me is clove, with other spices like cinnamon less prominent. Sweetish aroma, light spice in the flavour it comes off as a bit watery at times, but smooth. Lingering flavours of apples and apple cores in the finish and aftertaste. Pretty decent, but I think that whether or not you appreciate the spice profile on this will dictate your overall impression. Winery suggests serving it warm as an alternative, which I can see being potentially rather nice. Sampled at the winery.
