Commercial Description:
Our Noosa Premium Ale is a creation of 50% malted wheat & 50% malted barley, we start with our hand mashing technique, then use a to fermentation process and finishing with chilled filtering, we have achieved a clean crisp and very refreshing ale that may be served with a slice of lemon or lime.

one of those sort of ridiculous beers that tell you the brewers don't have a clue. tasted like a premium lager. why they put wheat in there is a mystery. flavourless. not offensive just dull

Tasted 02/10/2006. Straw gold, bright, with the lovely gentle carbonation that all of this breweries beers have. Tight white head lingers. Nose is very wheaty, a hint sulphurous, with some woody spice. Lolly notes show through as it warms. Tart, dry and watery in the mouth. More sulphur, which really lets the side down. Very short. Light bodied, with a lively yet gentle carbonation.

Yeasty, jalapeno aroma that most of this brewery’s beers seem to have. Very light, dry flavour with a lingering bitterness and a weird numbing sensation. Fairly wheaty flavour too. Very pale and clear, poor head retention. Pretty ordinary.

Horrible stuff based on cane sugar no matter what the description say. Put a lemon in there for sure so it taste like something. Some infection.

Pale, pale gold, absolutley no flavour. As i sat their and drank it, i wondered why the hell i even bothered. Aussie Corona is probably right, less of a pee flavour though. Fizzy finish.
