COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coyet Ale jatkaa Suomenlinnassa harjoitettua pintahiivaoluiden traditiota. Coyetin aikakaudella kaikki oluet olivat pintahiivaoluita, aleja.

Really nice beer although Suomenlinnan panimo tends to make its beers quite light on flavour.

(Draught at Oak Barrel, Helsinki Airport, 28 April 2016) Golden amber colour with creamy, white head. Malty nose with toast, apricots and orange peel. Malty taste with notes of toast, apricots and a balanced resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry. Tasty and well balanced, but hardly exciting. Quite enjoyable.

Orange to copper in colour. Aroma is very toasted and malty with a touch of matchstick. Fruity and bitter. A bit too gassy.

Raikas tuoksu ja kuplii paljon. Pinnalle muodostuu samettista vaahtoa. Kirkas, läpinäkyvä ja kuparinen. Ensimaku keveällä tavalla tumman paahteinen, jättää ehkä hieman karvaan jälkimaun. Tulee mieleen ruokosokeri. (27.5.2015)

0.5 l bottle from the brewpub in Helsinki. Clear golden color, average head, soft body, hopy smell. Mild soft ale taste, nice hop aroma. In contrast to the Pilsener very mild and easy to drink. Nice fruity hop ending.
