Bottle at Suomenlinnan Panimo.
Caramel brown body with a short off-white head. Again a rich and juicy English hop aroma, a lot of toffee, baked apples, spiced cider, some nuttiness and a substantial calcium carbonate / mineral quality. Crunchy cereals and somewhat twangy pancake syrup / burnt caramel malt / reduced brown sugar. Still quite quenching and all of the flavor and texture characteristics seem in balance.

Pours clear copper with a big white head. Aroma is very fruity, also some floral notes and even some spiciness - very interesting combination for an IPA. Taste is also interesting but more typical for the style. Moderate bitterness mixes with sweetish notes - hops feature more than malts. Some grassiness and plenty of exotic citrus fruits. Palate is medium bodied, slightly sticky and smooth. Nice fruity IPA.

Body has a nice clear amber color. Head is a thin white layer and laces nicely on the glass. Nose is interesting with notes of porridge, grass and buttery popcorn. Taste is buttery sweet and has a creamy, mildly bitter finish. Palate is full and oily with a mild carbonation. The taste and smell are pretty unusual but i like it.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, riped orange, sharp. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, riped orange, hoppy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120726]

Pours nice amber with creamy head. Aroma is fruits and hops and some malts. Flavor is fruity and nicely hopsy. Some caramel.

Bottled@SOPP Helsinki 2012. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, earthy, grassy and some mild bready and sweet maltyness. Flavour is grains, grass, floral and earthy notes. Balanced and quite nice. Big bitter finish.

Colour of amber with white head. Aroma of caramel, citrrus and malt. Flavour of caramel, citrus fruits and hoppy bitterness.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2013 Draught at bar. Copper color, white head. Bitter taste with caramel, citrus, tropical fruits and pine. Smooth bitter finish with tropical fruits. Very nice IPA.

Pours hazy orange color with small head. Aroma of mild fruits, some hops, grass and malt notes. Flavor of pale malts, some grain, fruits and mild hops. A bit bitter malty palate.
