Golden blonde color with a champagne spritz. Bursting, compact, short lived head. Slack lace work. Floral aroma with soft butterscotch accents and candy sugar. Typical Belgian yeast flavor, with a touch of citrus. Hops give a champagne dryness. Spritzy mouthfeel and finish.

Très bonne bière. Assez pétillante. Un peu amère, un peu fruitée. Bouche limpide. Légèrement acide. Un standard, sans faute.

By clear, clearly very filtered. Okay aroma overall but devoid of hops or much character. Like the big bubbly body though. Not a horrible beer by any standard, but not exciting either, and I secretly hoped for that. (33cl bottle from Dekoninck)

06/05/2016 @home - 33cl bottle from brewery. Light hazy blonde, nice foam. Nose is grains, yeast. Taste is hints of banana, some grains, bit yeasty, easy but enjoyable.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Super des Fagnes glass; from a fridge. Hmmm... This beer is nor good nor bad. It’s a usual Belgian Ale, with a strong taste, powerfull deep dark blond colour, aroma of malt. The taste is malty, with notes of hop. If you’re in the region, go for it !

Bottle 33cl. Clear golden, a lot of bubbles, large foamy white to off-white head, good retention and lacing; light aroma, pale malts, yeast, fruity (pineapple, orange, banana), coriander, grass; fresh taste, medium sweet and light bitter, wheaty, fruity; medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste with light sourish notes, coriander, bit citrus; refreshing and mild blond, more than decent.
