Medium-sweet Riesling mead, made with fresh Michigan pears, raw Michigan wildflower honey. The fermented pear is a wonderful compliment to the late harvest Riesling profile. Crisp. Clean. Unique.

UPDATED: OCT 8, 2013 Bottle: straw tainted translucent color with no head. Aroma is sweet honey, light pear fruit and a touch of sweet white grape skins. Taste is pretty sweet; honeycomb, light pear and some more white grape. Little boozy but the sweetness plays good balance.

Not too sweet. The pear flavor doesn’t mix particularly well with the honey.
