Can of 355ml, bought at the local Oxxo, I would prefer the bottle but then I would have to buy a package of six of a beer I don’t know. So, this can should do it for this review. Light yellow colour, a bunch of bubbles and a two finger head that lingers for a while, but only because I poured it so.  Aroma is of malts (?) or corn, certainly doesn’t stink that much of corn. Nice taste, although nothing obviously traceable, it is not bitter, it is not sweet, just ..neutral. Medium carbonation and medium thickness. Overall, the most average beer I’ve drunk till now in Mexico, if you find yourself there and don’t know which beer to choose, this is your safiest option.

Bottle. I’m sure this one tasted better as it was my first drink after an unplanned weekend hiatus as all alcohol sales were banned over the election weekend in Mexico. Definitely some malt character with some dryness in the finish.

Bue à Playa Del Carmen au Mexique. Quand on a les pieds dans le sable on peut devenir moins objectif...Couleur jaune paille, mousse blanche. Maïs et un peu de malt, peu de houblon. Finale sans histoire, très douce.

Bottle (bottles, lots of bottles) on a resort in PDC. Compared to the other light lagers from Mexico, this isnt too bad. It’s a bit darker with a bit more malt and a little easier on the corn.

Bottle from Mexico. A little darker than most lagers from the area. Not much head to speak of. The aroma is almost sour, with grass and a hint of citrus. Almost nothing to the flavour - almost like coloured water. It’s not bad; it’s nothing.

Well i purchased a 8 can pack at a Mexicali Soriana supermarket for 55 pesos (really cheap),well this beer doesnt have much aroma after its opened from the can or at all,its kind of watery and metallic in taste but at least the aftertaste its not as heavy as other lagers, quite drinkable too, which its in my opinion its only achievement .So guys....if youre on a budget at a sunny beach in our Country or if you want to throw a massive party with not a so massive budget this is the brew. Not great ,but not bad, think it was re-launched here in the north of Mexico to that purpose ; an OK beer for party.Salud!

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a clear yellow color and a watery taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a malty touch . This beer smells to musty.

Pale golden pour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is kind of grassy and straw-like. A very light vegetal aroma as well as a similar metallic character that is in the Indio. It’s bland but it’s significantly better than the ubiquitous Corona. A touch of acetaldehyde.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2010 Not too bad for a light tropical lager. Not my favorite Mexican beer but by no means the worst. Serving: Bottle

Can 340ml.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100327]
