2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Grovlam (4106) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2008
Bottle. Large fine bubbly white head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework in the glass. Clear sparkling body with a yellow color. Aroma of cardboard, grass, straw and dusty like grain. Over the palate comes dry grassy feel. Light bodied with an average carbonation and very dry texture for a Pale Lager I would say. Flavor was light bitter with a hint of sweetness. Light bitter cardboard like finish. Ok in the Mexican sun which by the way is HOT HOT HOT!

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 jsquire (2461) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - MAR 14, 2007
The guys in Chihuahua called this beer "Lupe rios" because that’s what the memo writing looks like. It was a pale straw color out of the bottle with a fizzy white head and a thin grain sweet nose. Very little to this beer, but it was a thrist quencher without any obvious distraction. Clear, crisp, light and good with Mexican food. This may be a solid utility beer, its just not very interesting.
