Bottle from a store in Cozumel. Pours typical Mexican beer refuse- light yellow, highly carbonated, and little head. Agua no es purificado. Aroma is popcorn and little else. Tastes like corn syrup. Mouthfeel is abhorent. Eh, it’s another rating.

20 pesos, purchased @ a roadside beer store in the Yucatan from a one eyed man. Beer wise there is nothing going on here, flat unattractive beer with no flavor.

Similar pale lager to Dos Equis Amber and Corona and quite refreshing if ice cold. I enjoyed this, but that might have been just because it was a change from the Dos Equis I consumer at my resort?

Bottle purchased at a tienda in Playa del Carmen. Light golden hue; headless. Light, watery, fizzy and cloying texture. Very herbal; somewhat vegetable-like, with a mild bitterness. Dryish finish. Bland and off with disturbing flavors.

One more pale lager that I came across in a tiny beer vendor on the Playa del Carmen strip. Again, average pale lager character in every respect, but made more enjoyable by drinking it in country.
