Nose has slight hints of tannin with obvious oakey tones.. Despite its honey origin, smell resembles a sweet white grape wine. Palate is clean and crisp, not too sweet. The alcohol and oakeyness cut through the honey creating a very pleasant and palateble balance.

Now that is what I’m talkin’ about! Freshly split vanilla bean, caramel, maybe even a bit of coconut. Not super sweet, but rather, balanced with alcohol that warmed the belly while invisible in taste. Aroma of ice-cream and a beautiful white-sand beach. Delicious! Glad I have a bottle of this back home!

Part of a tasting flight at the meadery. Super pale yellow, crystal clear. Still. Massive vanilla nose. Spot on with the balance of sweetness here. Really nice vanilla taste. Excellent
